Our wedding season spans from June 1st to August 31st for celebrations of 150 guests or more. For more intimate weddings and elopements, please contact us directly.

We also provide catering services for the rehearsal dinner, the big day, and the send-off brunch. With a variety of cozy cabins on-site, you can have your loved ones close by to share in the experience. With years of experience, we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors for music, photography, floral arrangements, and more to help make your day unforgettable.

Bronze Package

Price: $5,000
The perfect starting point for your wedding getaway.

Package Includes:

• Private 48-hour access to Box Y Lodge for you and your guests
• Exclusive venue for your ceremony and celebration
• Note: This package does not include meals or cabin accommodations.

Silver Package

Price: $10,000
Celebrate your special day surrounded by nature with loved ones.

Package Includes:

• 48-hour access to Box Y Lodge, offering you breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains
• A customized rehearsal dinner on Friday evening (up t0 60 people)
• Wedding meal of your choosing on Saturday ( up to 100 people)
• Cabin accommodations for you and your guests for the entire 48-hour stay

Gold Package

Price: $15,000
Elevate your celebration with additional amenities and unforgettable mountain experiences.

Package Includes:

• 48-hour access to Box Y Lodge
• A customized rehearsal dinner on Friday  (up to 40 people)
• Saturday breakfast buffet for your guests (for those staying on ranch)
• Wedding meal of your choice for the reception (up to 100 people)
• Cabin accommodations for up to 32 guests
• Garbage disposal services for the entire weekend

Platinum Package

Price: $20,000
For those who want the ultimate wedding weekend experience, we offer the full ranch takeover.

Package Includes:

• Full access to Box Y Lodge for the entire weekend
• A customized rehearsal dinner on Friday evening (up to 40 people)
• Saturday breakfast buffet and up to three appetizers during cocktail hour
• Wedding reception meal of your choice (up to 100 people)
• Sunday send-off brunch to conclude the weekend (up t0 40 people)
• Cabin accommodations for up to  32  guests, along with garbage disposal services
• Full access to our team of horses and wagon for romantic rides and unique ceremony/reception moments
